Next Steps

We need a "2 steps" approach :

First, at the undergraduate phase (when they are still with the CF), we need to work with the CF to ensure that all members are attending a church when studying, and for the final year students, to have some form of programme to encourage them to re-engage back to church (if they are not already done so).

Second, when they graduate and start working - the Alumni may want to consider some form of regular meetings. This is likely to be especially helpful for those who are still floundering around without a church. It can be at a year-level - we can work with each graduating batch to appoint a small team to organise the meetings. At the end of the day, I think the key objective is to make sure none is lost to the world when they leave the comfort zone of university and the CF.

But if this kicks off, the Alumni can also capitalise on this and think of how to further bond them to the Alumni (with those initiatives we have in mind). We can consider interest groups to keep these people together (this can be work related or family or sports).
